Die Vertragsdauer der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen erstreckt sich vom 1.1.2020 bis 31.12.2021. Es bestehen seitens der Auftraggeberin 2 Verlangerungsoptionen von jeweils einem Jahr zu den gleichen Preiskonditionen. Die Reinigungsarbeiten haben sich neben der grundlichen Fussbodenpflege auch auf samtliche in den Raumen/Fluren befindliche Einrichtungsgegenstande (Schreibtische, Container, Stehlampen, Akten- und Wandschranke, Sideboards und sonstige Mobelstucke) zu erstrecken. Buromaschinen und Einzelplatz-PC's sind von der Reinigung ausgenommen. Die Kalkulation ist so durchzufuhren, dass vierteljahrlich eine Reinigung der Schrankwande (komplett bis zur Decke) gewahrleistet ist.Awards
