Das Hallenbad entspricht jedoch in der Ausstattung und dem Badeangebot nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen. Zudem sind die angeschlossene Sauna und das Cafe nicht mehr in Betrieb. Eine Grundsanierung des bestehenden Hallenbades in Haren (Ems) ist insbesondere auch aufgrund der gravierenden baulichen Mangel unwirtschaftlich. Deshalb soll das Hallenbad in Haren als Sport- und Familienbad neu gebaut werden.Die Baukosten des Hallenbadneubaus werden nach derzeitigem Stand auf ca. 13,15 Mio. EUR netto (KG 200-700) geschatzt.In diesem Verfahren wird die Objektplanung Gebaude, die Objektplanung Freianlagen, die Tragwerksplanung und die Technische Ausrustung vergeben.Awards
