Es ist daher beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines beschleunigten Offenen Verfahrens Verstarkerbusse in der Zeit vom 10.01.2022 bis vorerst 31.08.2022 als freigestellten Schulerverkehr zu vergeben. Aufgrund moglicher Anderung der Infektionslage kann sich innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Beschulungsart von Prasenz- in Wechsel- oder Distanzunterricht andern. Entsprechend kann sich der Bedarf an Verstarkerbussen andern, da dann die notigen Abstande in den regularen OPNV-Bussen wieder eingehalten werden konnen. Aus diesem Grund hat sich der AG fur die Vergabe einer flexiblen Rahmenvereinbarung entschieden. Die Rahmenvereinbarung dient der Beschleunigung der Erteilung von Einzelauftragen. Ein Anspruch auf die Erteilung von Einzelauftragen besteht lediglich im Rahmen der vereinbarten Mindestmenge. Die Leistung umfasst weder den Fahrkartenverkauf noch die Beforderung von sonstigen Nutzern des OPNV.Awards
