Durch Nutzung der gravimetrischen Analyse sollen potenzielle Medikationsfehler vermieden und Arzneimittelabfall reduziert werden. Uber Textbausteine und ein Codesystem fur Diagnosen soll der Dokumentationsaufwand verringert und die Produktivitat der Krankenhausmittarbeiter erhoht werden.Das Franziskus Krankenhaus wird im Rahmen dieses Teilprojektes als weiterer Standort in das Medikationsmanagement des St. Joseph Krankenhauses integriert, das eine Lieferapotheke, u.a. zur Herstellung von Medikamenten zur Chemotherapie und Ernahrungstherapie, betreibt.Awards
