Der vereinbarte Preis ist ein Festpreis im Sinne der Verordnung PR 30/53 uber die Preise bei offentlichen Auftragen vom 23.12.1953 (GVBl. S. 1511) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung. Der Vertrag kann vom Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer ordentlich mit einer Frist von 6 Monaten jeweils zum 31.01. oder 31.07. eines Jahres in Textform gekundigt werden.
