Das Schulgebaude entspricht im Wesentlichen noch dem damaligen Ursprungszustand. Im Rahmen der Sanierung mussen die mangelbehafteten Geschossdecken grosstenteils ausgetauscht und gegen neue Beton-/Stahlblech-Verbunddecken ersetzt werden. In diesem Zuge werden auch dringend erforderliche Massnahmen an Fenstern/Fassaden, technischen Installationen, Raumakustik usw. ausgefuhrt (Sanierungsstau). Die aktuelle Ausschreibung betrifft den 2. BA der Generalsanierung. Der 1. BA wurde in den Jahren 2018-2020 durchgefuhrt.Awards
