Am Standort befindet sich bereits das bisherige und aktuell in Nutzung befindliche Schulgebaude. Dieses soll um einen Neubau fur die Hort-/Schulnutzung erganzt werden (1. Bauabschnitt) und sodann zur Schaffung von zusatzlichen Raumkapazitaten umgebaut werden (2. Bauabschnitt). Zudem ist der Neubau einer Sportanlage mit Weitsprunganlage und umfassender Laufbahn (3. Bauabschnitt) sowie einer Zweifeld-Sporthalle (4. Bauabschnitt) beabsichtigt.Die diesbezuglichen Planungsleistungen sind europaweit zu vergeben. Zu diesem Zweck fuhrt die Auftraggeberin das vorliegende Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb durch. Die Planungsleistungen fur die Objektplanung (Los 1) und Tragswerkplanung (Los 2) wurden bereits vergeben. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Planungsleistungen fur die Technische Ausrustung.Awards
