Dabei muss der Auftragnehmer samtliche Lebensmittel bereitstellen konnen, die in Cafeterien und Grosskuchen Verwendung finden konnen.Die Vitos Service GmbH ist Auftraggeber, der einen Exklusivvertrag mit dem Auftragnehmer fur die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit schliesst. Die Exklusivitat bezieht sich dabei auf die Bereitstellung einer Vollversorgungsmoglichkeit mit Lebensmitteln. Die Produktgruppen Frischgemuse und -obst, Frischfleisch und -wurst sowie Getranke und Brot wird der Auftraggeber auch von kleineren Anbietern, ggf. vor Ort, beziehen.Die Vitos Service GmbH (Bereich Gastronomie) unterhalt derzeit 9 Kuchen und 5 Cafeterien an verschiedenen Standorten in Hessen.Belieferungsbeginn ist der Monatserste des Monats nach Zuschlag. Der Zuschlag ist fur die KW 25 geplant. Die Laufzeit des Vertrages betragt 1 Jahr.Die Vitos GmbH in Kassel ist zur Durchfuhrung des Vergabeverfahrens bevollmachtigt. Samtlicher Schriftverkehr bezuglich des Vergabeverfahrens ist ausschliesslich mit dieser zu fuhren. Sie ist auch in einem Nachprufungsverfahren einzige und bevollmachtigte Adressatin.Die Vitos Service GmbH schreibt den Auftrag als Offentliche Auftraggeberin gemass 2. Abschnitt der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung fur Leistungen Teil A (VOL/A) im Wege eines Offenen Verfahrens aus.Awards
