Die Modernisierung umfasst sowohl die baulichen Anlagen als auch die Technische Gebaudeausstattung. Die Baumassnahme wird in drei Teilabschnitten, je nach Bauteil, zeitlich gestaffelt. Bauteil [K] in 2017, Bauteil [J] in 2017/2018 und Bauteil [F] in 2018/2019. Gesamtflache der Umbaumassnahme ca.: 3 750 m2 Grundflache Gebaude Angebote sind in Deutsch zu verfassen. Ausgeschrieben werden die Arbeiten liefern und einbringen Zementestrich fur die Hallen, Schulungs-, Sozial- und Nebenraume sowie den Fluren auf einer Bestandssohle als Verbundestrich. In einigen Bereichen werden Stutzen, SW-Leitungen sowie Bodeneinlaufe eingearbeitet, Alu-Schachtabdeckungen als Zugang zum Kriechkeller mussen vorgesehen werden sowie Winkel als Abschluss in Tor- und Turbereichen.Awards
