SS 55 HOAI, LP 1-9; Anlagengruppen (AG 1, AG 2, AG 3 und AG 8)Das Grundstuck setzt sich aus mehreren Einzelgrundstucken zusammen. Der Grundflache ermittelt sich mit 3 112 m2. Stadtebaulich Orientiert sich das neue Ensemble an regionalen Vorbildern. Die Hofanlage besteht aus 2 Einzelbaukorpern die sich um einen Hof gruppieren. Die Tiefgarage soll ca. 20 Stellplatze aufnehmen. Der BK 1 soll 2 betreute Wohngruppen fur Senioren sowie gefordertes Wohnen mit 29, uberwiegend 1-Zi.-Wohnungen. Im BK 2 wird die Tagespflege und weitere 3 Zi.-Wohnungen errichtet.Die Planungs- u. Ausfuhrungszeit soll von 01/2019 - 09/2021 erfolgen.Der voraussichtliche grobe Gesamtkostenrahmen incl. Planerhonorare liegt bei ca. 9 Mio. EUR brutto.Der Auftrag wird stufenweise vergeben, siehe II.2.4).Awards
