Der vollunterkellerte Wohnblock hat 11 Aufgange mit derzeit 89 Wohnungen.Die bestehenden Geschossdecken sind generell als Holzbalkendecken ausgefuhrt wobei die Deckenbereiche der Bader und Kuchen als Stahlsteindecken ausgebildet sind. Die Decken uber dem Kellergeschoss sind Stahlsteindecken.Die Gesamtwohnflache betragt ca. 4 200 m2. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei zuganglich.Das Gebaude befindet sich heute im Wesentlichen noch im bauzeitlichen Zustand. Das Gebaude soll grundlegend entsprechend Denkmalschutzrichtlinien modernisiert und instandgesetzt werden. Nutzungsartanderungen sind nicht vorgesehen.Die umfangreiche Sanierung und Modernisierung erfolgt im unbewohnten Zustand in 2 Bauabschnitten:1.
