The system must be applicable for expression studies, including strandness preserve RNA Seq protocols, quantification of ChIPs, genome methylation, SNP analysis and de-novo transcriptome predictions. Methods of analysis should be available for each of these applications. The used technology must be consistently reproducible and has to operate without contaminations.Awards
