Fur den SUMP-Prozess ist es wichtig, dass dieser auf aktuellen Mobilitatsdaten aufsetzt. Diese sollen mit Hilfe einer reprasentativen Befragung zum Mobilitatsverhalten der Kolner Bevolkerung gewonnen werden. Die geplante Befragung muss die "Standards zur einheitlichen Modal Split-Erhebung in NRW Kommunen" in der Fassung vom 24.04.2009 erfullen und sollen sich zudem aus Grunden der Vergleichbarkeit zu alteren Erhebungen in ihrer Methodik auch an der KONTIV-Erhebung 2008 beziehungsweise der MiD 2017 orientieren. Aufgrund der engen Verknupfung der Erhebung mit dem SUMP-Prozess ist es zwingend notwendig, dass die Feldphase im Zeitraum zwischen den Sommer- und Herbstferien 2022 in NRW erfolgt. Die Erhebung muss auf gesamtstadtischer und auf Ebene der Stadtbezirke reprasentativ sein. Mit Blick auf die 86 Stadtteile ist eine grosstmogliche Annaherung an reprasentative Ergebnisse anzustreben.Awards
