In die Bestandsanalyse mit einzubeziehen sind die Alte Turnhalle und die Frankenhalle, die spater in eigenen Massnahmen saniert werden sollen (siehe Lageplan). Nach derzeitigem Kenntnisstand stuft der Auftraggeber die Objektplanung Gebaude in die Honorarzone III ein. Beauftragt werden sollen die Leistungsphasen 2-9 fur die Grund- und Mittelschule. Die Beauftragung erfolgt nach SS 33 HOAI stufenweise. Uber eine jeweils weitere Beauftragung der Leistungsstufen entscheidet der Auftraggeber im weiteren Planungsverlauf. Aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung konnen keine Forderungen auf die Ubertragung weiterer Leistungstufen oder weiterer Leistungen abgeleitet werden. Der Planungsbeginn erfolgt unmittelbar nach der Auftragserteilung im Herbst 2017.Awards
