Die geschlossene, eingeschossige Stahlbetonkonstruktion der Tiefgarage besteht aus Stahlbetonstutzen, -wanden, -unterzugen sowie Stahlbetondecken. Auf der Bodenplatte und der Einfahrt ist ein Gussasphalt aufgebracht. Das Objekt ist aus dem Herstellungsjahr 1980 mit einer Grundflache von ca. 5 000 m2 und ca. 200 Stellplatzen. Im Jahr 2014 ist bereits eine Betonschadensdiagnose erstellt worden, welche die Tiefgarage als sanierungsfahig einstuft. Neben den Betoninstandsetzungsmassnahmen sind zudem weitere kleinere Sanierungsmassnahmen erforderlich (Einfahrt Tiefgarage, Uberdachung Treppenzugange, Barrierefreiheit).Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind die Objektplanungsleistungen (Instandhaltung) fur Gebaude i.S. der Anlage 10 zu SS 34 HOAI der LPH 1 - 8, die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung i.S. der Anlage 15 zu SS 52 HOAI der LPH 1 - 6 sowie besondere Leistungen ,,Erarbeiten eines Instandsetzungskonzeptes" und ,,Erstellen eines Instandhaltungsplans".Awards
