Die Leistung des AN erstreckt sich auf alle Unterhaltsreinigungsflachen des AG. Die Kontrollleistungen umfassen die Feststellung, ob die Gebaudereinigung den in den Raumnutzungsarten (RNA)definierten Qualitaten entsprechen, jeweils bezogen auf die einzelnen Raumausstattungsmerkmale. Der Kontrollumfang (Raumanzahl) und die Kontrollhaufigkeit (Anzahl p. a.) je Qualitatslevel und Gebaude sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen. Die Ausschreibung der Reinigungsdienstleistungen erfolgt in einer gesonderten Ausschreibung mit der Vergabe-Nr: 100-16-00253. Eine gleichzeitige Beauftragung von Leistungen der Unterhaltsreinigung und der externen Qualitatskontrolle fur die gleichen Lose/Objekte wird ausgeschlossen.Awards
