Die Untersuchungen zeigten auf, dass eine statische Ertuchtigung mit wirtschaftlich vertretbarem Aufwand unmoglich ist. Zusatzlich wurden in den zuruckliegenden Jahren laufend erhebliche finanzielle Mittel aufgewendet, um den vorherrschenden Baumangeln (z. B. Eindringendes Wasser auf Grund Undichtigkeiten im Dachbereich) zu begegnen.Die beinahe 50 Jahre alte Halle wird abgebrochen und an gleicher Stelle durch den Neubau einer Dreifachturnhalle ersetzt. Die geplante Dreifachturnhalle wird auf Grund der Gegebenheiten im Suden und im Norden an den baulichen Bestand anbinden. Der Abbruch wird als eigenstandiges Teilprojekt bereits vorab Durchgefuhrt und ist nicht Bestandteil der hier ausgeschriebenen Planungsleistungen.Eine erste Kostenschatzung ergibt fur den Ersatzbau einen Kostenaufwand von ca. 10 Mio. EUR brutto (Kostengruppen 200-700 gem. DIN 276). Die Massnahme wird durch Fordermittel des Freistaates Bayern (FAG) gefordert werden.Fur den Neubau werden Leistungen fur die Technische Gebaudeausrustung - HLS gem. SS55 HOAI (Anlagengruppen 1,2,3 gem. SS53 HOAI) erforderlich, die in einem zweistufigen Verhandlungsverfahren ausgeschrieben werden:-- Stufe 1: Praqualifikationsverfahren mit Auswahl 3-5 Teilnehmer fur die Teilnahme an der Stufe 2,-- Stufe 2: Verhandlungsverfahren.Awards
