Der Ersatzneubau soll sich in das Ensemble, auch im stadtebaulichen Sinne, einfugen.In diesem EU-weiten Vergabeverfahren sollen Planungsleistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrustung gemass HOAI SS53.2 bis 9, Anlagengruppen 4 bis 6 und 8 vergeben werden.Die Terminplanung sieht vor, das bestehende Haus II im 3. Quartal 2019 abzubrechen, daran anschliessend sollen die Grundungsarbeiten fur den Ersatzneubau, vorbehaltlich der Fordermittelzusage, beginnen. Der Fertigstellungstermin ist zum Beginn des Schuljahres 2021/ 2022 geplant.Es steht ein Gesamtbudget von 4,3 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 200-700) zur Verfugung.Awards
