Entstehungszeit: 1876-1878, Erweiterungen um 1900, spatere Umbauten um 1950 und diverse Innensanierungen nach 1990 Bauvorhaben: Das Vorhaben ist eine Massnahme an einem Gebaude - Teil des fruher als Chirurgie genutzten Komplexes langs der Magdeburger Strasse (Haus Nr. 16) und umfasst die als Gebaude Nr. ,,3311, 3312 und 3318" benannten Teile - auch als Flugel ,,C" und ,,F" bezeichnet. Diese Flugel sind ungenutzt und zur Sanierung vorgesehen. Weitere Gebaudeteile bzw. Gebaudeflugel sind nicht Gegenstand der Leistung und bleiben unverandert - hier liegen teilgenutzte Bereiche vor.
