Zu diesem Zweck ist eine einjahrige Erhebung von meteorologischen In-Situ-Messdaten (insbesondere windbezogenen Daten) nach dem gegenwartigen Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik innerhalb des in der Leistungsbeschreibung definierten Erhebungsgebiets durchzufuhren. Auf der Basis dieser Messdaten sind dann Statistiken und Berichte zu erstellen, die mit unabhangigen Referenzdaten (z. B. von Messturmen oder aus Reanalysen und daraus abgeleiteten Datensatzen) verglichen werden sollen.Awards
