Ein bestehendes Liegenschaftskonzept sieht, in Anlehnung an die historische Bebauung des ehemaligen Kasernenareals, die Anordnung von neuen Funktionsgebauden vor. Ein riegelformiges Bestandsgebaude ist in die Planungskonzeption einzubeziehen. Fur das gesamte Bauvorhaben einschliesslich Planungs- und sonstigen Nebenkosten stehen ca. 13 Mio.
