Hier entsteht nahe des Entwicklungsgebiets Europacity der Neubau der Grundschule Europacity Mitte. Das Grundstuck befindet sich im Sudosten eines grossmassstablichen, heterogenen Blocks, der durch den Strassenzug Chausseestrasse/ Mullerstrasse im Osten, die Boyenstrasse im Suden, die Scharnhorststrasse im Westen und die Sellerstrasse im Norden begrenzt wird. In der Mitte des Blocks verlauft in Ost-West-Richtung die Nordpanke als offenes Gewasser bzw. im Westteil in unterirdischer Kanalverlegung bis zur Einmundung in den Nordhafen. Der nordliche Blockbereich ist als Gewerbeareal mit einem historischen Umspannwerk und diversen Solitaren gepragt. In der sudlichen Blockhalfte befindet sich eine Grunanlage mit Sportanlagen, u. a. mit dem Solitar des Erika-Hess-Eisstadions und einem Grossspielfeld fur den Wettbewerbsbereich.Awards
