Die Stadt Kandel beabsichtigt, einen Ersatzneubau fur die bestehende Kindertagesstatte Landauer Strasse 27 zu errichten.An die bestehende Aussenflache der KiTa grenzt unmittelbar ein bisher als Spielplatz genutztes stadtisches Grundstuck an. Durch Zusammenfassung der beiden Parzellen entsteht ein ausreichend grosses Baufeld fur einen funfgruppigen Ersatzneubau mit den zugehorigen Freiflachen. Im Rahmen einer Voruntersuchung wurde ein zweigeschossiges, freistehendes Gebaude mit zweitem baulichem Rettungsweg uber einen Balkonvorgeschlagen. Rahmentermine: Erstellung HU Bau bis Ende 2019 Baubeginn Mitte 2020 FertigstellungMitte 2021. Die Baukosten wurden derzeitigem Kenntnisstand mit ca. 3 093 000 EUR KG 300 und 400 bruttoveranschlagt.
