Es ist geplant, Planung und Bau einschliesslich Bauzwischenfinanzierung, Teilleistungen des technischen Gebaudemanagements uber einen Zeitraum von 15 Jahren sowie Reinigungsleistungen uber einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren (ggf. mit Verlangerungsoption) nach Baufertigstellung im Rahmen einer Offentlich-Privaten-Partnerschaft (OPP) zu vergeben.Die Nutzflache des Neubaus wird voraussichtlich ca. 4 000 m2 bis 4 500 m2 betragen. Das Gebaude soll nach derzeitiger Zeitplanung nach Zuschlagserteilung innerhalb von 20 Monaten betriebsbereit und abnahmereif errichtet sein.Als Standort fur die geplante Errichtung des Neubaus ist ein Grundstuck auf der Gemarkung Lenting (Flr.Stck.Nr. 486/3, 486/24 und 486/27 mit einer Gesamtflache von ca. 12 000 m2 vorgesehen.Das Gebaude soll die zum Zeitpunkt der Errichtung gultige EnEV unterschreiten (mind. EnEV 2016).Der Neubau ist in Holz- bzw. Holzstanderbauweise auszufuhren, soweit nicht aus Grunden der Statik, des Brandschutzes oder der Flexibilitat die Ausfuhrung bestimmter Gebaudeteile (insbesondere Kellergeschoss, Treppenhauser, Aufzugsschachte, tragende Elemente) in Massivbauweise angezeigt erscheint.Awards
