Innerhalb des Bereichs IuK ist als Abteilung IuK 3 das Rechenzentrum Nord angesiedelt.Gegenstand der Vergabe ist ein zyklische vor Ort und Remote Betreuung mit einhergehenden Administrations- und Supportleistungen fur die Alfresco Installationen. Die Leistungserbringung verteilt sich dabei auf mehrere Systemumgebungen wie z.B. Produktion, Test und Schulung. Sie steht im engen Kontext mit den in Betrieb befindlichen Fachverfahren und den vorhandenen Oracle Umgebungen. Schwerpunkt ist neben laufenden Betriebsleistungen fur die Alfrescoumgebung, eine dazugehorige Notfallunterstutzung und weitergehende Beratungsleistungen, die zu einer Betriebsoptimierung und einer sicheren Fortfuhrung des Roll Out des Fachverfahrens eIP fuhren. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet mit den anderen Beteiligten eng zusammenzuarbeiten.Awards
