Ziel dieser Massnahme ist die raumlich-funktionelle Neuordnung der Grundschule ,,Otto Seeger" Rathenow/West, Pfarrer-Frohlich-Str. 9 in 14712 Rathenow mit erweiterten Funktionsangeboten fur Ganztagsbetreuung und das Wohnumfeld inkl. der energetischen u. brandschutztechnischen Modernisierung zur Weiternutzung von Bestandsgebauden. Eine Grundlagenermittlung (entsprechend LP 1 HOAI) in Form einer Machbarkeitsstudie wurde bereits erstellt und wird als Aufgabenstellung im weiteren Verfahren bereitgestellt. Es werden Planungsleistungen der LP 1-9 der HOAI an einen Generalplaner fur folgende Leistungsbilder vergeben:-- Objektplanung Gebaude,-- Objektplanung Freianlagen,-- Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung,-- Fachplanung Technische Ausrustung,-- besondere Leistungen fur Brandschutz u. Bauphysik,-- SiGe-Koordination (optional).Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.Awards
