Diese umfasst die Instandsetzung der Hulle fur das Hauptgebaude, die Instandsetzung der Empfangshalle und die Medienerneuerung nach Bedarf.Dabei sind von den Auftragnehmern Losungen gefordert, die aufgrund eines begrenzten Kostenrahmens explizit nur notwendige Baumassnahmen zur Sicherheit der Nutzer in den Vordergrund stellen und daruber hinaus die notwendige Versorgung des Objektes mit erforderlichen haustechnischen Anlagen erweitert sowie eine barrierefrei Erschliessung des Objektes gewahrleistet. Das Gebaude gilt als Einzeldenkmal. Im Zuge dieser Massnahme erfolgt eine teilweise Erneuerung und Modernisierung der haustechnischen sowie elektrotechnischen Leitungen. Es ist eine moglichst einfache Ausfuhrung in der Planung und Durchfuhrung durch die Auftragnehmer zu Grunde zu legen. Die Innenraumgestaltung und Ausstattung erfolgt grosstenteils vom Auftraggeber. Die Objektnutzung muss wahrend der Bauzeit beachtet und gewahrleistet werden. Das bedeutet Durchfuhrung der Baumassnahmen im laufenden Betrieb. Bei der Planung sollen die Belange Deutsche Bahn (DB) berucksichtigt werden.Awards
