Bei der Baumassnahmen handelt es sich um den Neubau von drei Wohnhausern die sich parallel auf dem Grundstuck verteilt befinden. Die Architektur der Baukorper ist gegliedert durch einen rechteckigen Gebaudegrundriss mit 4 Geschossen. Das vierte Geschoss wird dabei als Staffelgeschoss ausgefuhrt und bildet eine Dachterasse in Richtung Suden. Errichtet werden sollen in den Wohnhausern insgesamt 37 Wohneinheiten. Die Erschliessung erfolgt uber ein mittig innen liegendes L-formiges Treppenhaus mit einem im Treppenauge angeordneten Aufzug. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Hausanschlussraum fur die Haustechnik, beheizt werden die Gebaude uber ein nah gelegenes Blockheizkraftwerk. Die Grundung erfolgt mit Bohrpfahlen auf denen zur Lastverteilung ein Balkenrost hergestellt wird. Auf dem Balkenrost baut die Sohle des Erdgeschosses auf. Die Aussenwande werden zweischalig mit Mauerwerk und einem Verblender ausgefuhrt.Awards
