Grundlage dieser Ausschreibung sind zunachst die Bauabschnitte 1 und 2. Bauabschnitt 1 beinhaltet das Treppenhaus 2 mit den Forderpflegeraumen. Im zweiten Bauabschnitt wird der Klassentrakt uber 4 Etagen saniert. Bauabschnitt 1 beginnt mit dem Beginn der Sommerferien 2018 NRW und ist zwingend mit dem Ende dieser Ferien abzuschliessen. In diesem Zuge ist ggfs. auch Samstagsarbeit ein zu kalkulieren. Bauabschnitt 2 schliesst direkt im Anschluss daran an und wird sukzessive weiter gefuhrt voraussichtlich bis zum Ende der Sommerferien 2019. Die nachfolgenden Bauabschnitte werden dann in einer folgenden Ausschreibung gesondert ausgeschrieben.Awards
