Hierfur hat der AN innerhalb des Landkreises eine Ubergabestelle - Verwertungsanlage oder Umladestation - zur Verfugung zu stellen, an die die Anlieferung des Bioguts durch die ALS bzw. das mit der Sammlung beauftragte Unternehmen erfolgt.Die von der ALS an den AN ubergebenen Abfalle sind in einer genehmigten Verwertungsanlage fur Bioabfalle durch den AN ordnungsgemass und schadlos zu behandeln und das erzeugte Hauptprodukt stofflich zu verwerten. Die Verwertungsanlage kann entweder eine Kompostierungsanlage oder eine Vergarungsanlage sein.Awards
