Das Gebaude hat rd. 9 400 m2 Nutzflache und wurde 1982 fur das Oberlandesgericht Stuttgart erstellt. Es beinhaltet im Wesentlichen Gerichtssale und Buroraume auf 8 Geschossen davon 2 Untergeschosse. Im Einzelnen ist die Erneuerung des TW-Leitungsnetzes, Sanierung von WC-Kernen, Erneuerung von Heizflachen sowie der Austausch pneumatisch betriebener Stellglieder geplant. Fur die Anlagengruppen GWA, Warmeversorgung und Raumlufttechnik sind die Leistungsphasen 2, 3 und 5 - 9 nach HOAI zu erbringen. Die Massnahmen sind bei laufendem Betrieb und voraussichtlich uber mehrere Abschnitte auf Basis separater anrechnbarer Kosten durchzufuhren. Neben den Sanierungsmassnahmen ist auch der laufende Bauunterhalt mit zu bearbeiten.Awards
