Wahrend der Umbauphase ist die Fortfuhrung des Betriebes innerhalb des Gebaudes ausgeschlossen..Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Leistungsphasen 3-9 der OBJEKTPLANUNG gemass SS 34 HOAI. Aufgrund der Nutzungen wird ein hoher Anspruch an die innenarchitektonische Qualitat der Planung gestellt..Die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 1,2,3; Technische Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 sowie Tragwerksplanung werden in parallel zu diesem laufenden Verfahren vergeben..Die Massnahme erfolgt im Rahmen der Stadtebauforderung "Kleinere Stadte und Gemeinden - uberortliche Zusammenarbeit und Netzwerke".Awards
