Die Bestandsgebaude weisen eine BGF von ca. 3.000 qm aus, der Erweiterungsbau in konventioneller Mauerwerksbauweise mit Stahlbetondecken eine BGF von ca. 1.700 qm sowie die Turnhalle eine BGF von ca. 670 qm.Die energetische Sanierung der Gebaudehulle aller Bestandsgebaude, die Umsetzung der Anforderungen des baulichen Brandschutzes sowie die Neuinstallation der gesamten Gebaudetechnik sind Teil der der Massnahme.In den Bestandsgebaudeteilen und im Neubau sowie der Turnhalle ist die Bekleidung samtlicher Fassadenflachen mit Putz- und Klinkerriemchenoberflachen auf der Grundlage einer mineralischen Dammung erforderlich. Beim Untergrund im Bestand handelt es sich um Beton- und Klinkeroberflachen. Im Bereich des Neubaus um Beton-und Mauerwerksoberflachen.Awards
