Zu den Aufgaben des Landkreises gehort auch die Sammlung von Siedlungsabfallen, darunter Restabfall, Bioabfall und Sperrabfall. Die haushaltsnahen Behalter fur die Restabfallsammlung befinden sich im Eigentum des Landkreises Waldshut. Die Container fur die Sammlung des Sperrabfalls auf den Recyclinghofen sind von dem zukunftigen Dienstleister zu stellen (Miete). Die Bioabfallbehalter werden neu eingefuhrt und sind nach der Erstgestellung durch den kunftigen Dienstleister an die Haushalte zu liefern. Gesamtmenge bzw.
