Der 1. BA wurde Anfang 2015 in Betrieb genommen. Der jetzt herzustellende 2. BA ist ein Anbau an die Brandwand des 1. BA im hinteren Grundstucksteil. Fur den zweiten Bauabschnitt wird zunachst ein dreigeschossiges Schulgebaude abgebrochen. Die Zufahrt zum Baufeld erfolgt uber die Wrangelstrasse und die bereits hergestellte Baustellenzufahrt. Der dreigeschossige Neubau wird als Massivbau in Stahlbeton, teilweise in Fertigteilbauweise hergestellt. Er ubernimmt die wesentlichen baulichen Merkmale des 1. BA und erhalt eine Fassade aus Verblendmauerwerk und ein Flachdach mit aussenliegender Entwasserung. Alle wesentlichen Technikzentralen wurden bereits mit dem 1. BA hergestellt. Lediglich eine Brandmeldeanlagekommt neu hinzu.Awards
