Jedes Haus besitzt eine eigene Buhne mit Buhnenturm. Es handelt sich hier um eine Grossbuhne. Die beiden Hauser sind durch das gemeinsame Foyer und das Magazingebaude (70er Jahre) verbunden. In dem Magazingebaude sind u. a. unterschiedliche Werkstatten und der Fundus untergebracht. Die Gesamtmasse des Objektes betragen in der Lange ca. 98 m und in der Breite ca. 59 m. Das Objekt besteht aus einem Untergeschoss (Teilkeller), einem Sockelgeschoss, einem Parkettgeschoss sowie dem 1. bis 3. Ring und einem Staffelgeschoss. Die Grundflache des Staatstheaters betragt ca. 4 300 m2. Die Bruttogrundflache betragt ca. 23 000 m2. Das Staatstheater entspricht im derzeitigen Bauzustand in Teilbereichen nicht den heutigen Anforderungen an den baulichen Brandschutz. Der geschatzte Kostenrahmen fur die Umsetzung der Massnahme betragt ca. 6,90 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 300 + 400). Die geforderte Planungsleistung umfasst die Umsetzung des bereits fertig gestellten Brandschutzkonzeptes, Erbringung der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gem. HOAI SSSS 33, 34. Die bauliche Umsetzung muss in Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Theaterbetrieb erfolgen und ist zur Zeit mit einer Bauzeit von ca. vier Jahren kalkuliert. Der Baubeginn ist fur das Jahr 2015 vorgesehen.Awards
