Hierzu werden je eine CNC gesteuerte Dreh- und Frasmaschine inkl. Roboter -Assistenz des aktuellen Standes der Berufsbildung, angelehnt an die Erfordernisse der Wirtschaft gefordert. Anlagen (CNC Maschinen) welche zum Einsatz kommen, werden uber ein modernes Netzwerk gesteuert und geregelt. Prozessdaten aus der Qualitatssicherung fliessen zuruck an die Anlagen und regeln deren Stellwerke. Generierte Programme konnen sowohl in Form der Werkstattprogrammierung als auch Dezentral uber einen sogenannten DNC Betrieb eingespeist werden. Im Rahmen einer uberbetrieblichen Ausbildung, werden Auszubildende aus bayerischen Unternehmen geschult. Somit konnen geforderte Lernfelder der Ausbildungsrahmenplane adaquat umgesetzt werden.Awards
