Die Auslagerung ist nicht Gegenstand dieses Auftrags. Die Bruttogrundflache der gesamten Baumassnahme betragt ca. 6 000 m2. Folgende wesentliche Massnahmen sind vorgesehen: -- Umstrukturierung der Verwaltung; -- Sanierung der Sanitarbereiche; -- Massnahmen zur Barrierefreiheit (Aufzug); -- Massnahmen zum Brandschutz.
