Der Baukorper besteht aus verschiedenen Gebaudetrakten auf mehreren Ebenen. Das Projekt soll in 5 Bauabschnitten verwirklicht werden. In diesem Zusammenhang werden die Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Tragwerksplanung gem. SS 51 Abs. 1 HOAI i. V. m. Anl. 14 Nr. 14.1, Leistungsphasen 3-6 beauftragt sowie Besondere Leistungen. Die gesamten Baukosten betragen hierbei etwa knapp 29 000 000 EUR.Awards
