Das Baugrundstuck Flst. 380/2 umfasst eine Gesamtflache von ca. 3 445 m2. Das Raumprogramm fur den Neubau umfasst gemass Vorentwurf eine Netto-Raumflache von ca. 3 023 m2. Das Raumprogramm ist als Zielgrosse einzuhalten. Die Netto-Raumflache (NRF) gliedert sich in folgende Bereiche: Kindergarten U3 967 m2, Kindergarten U3 350 m2, Wohnen 319 m2, Betreutes Wohnen 1 094 m2, Allgemein 293 m2. Die Kosten fur den Neubau wurden auf Grundlage der Vorentwurfsplanung von Baukosten (Kostengruppe 300 bis 700, Preisstand 15.1.2021) in Hohe von ca. 11,487 Mio. EUR netto ermittelt.Awards
