Die Gebaude fur Krippe und Hort sind jeweils zweigeschossig (EG und OG), das Foyer ist eingeschossig und wird als Dachterrasse zur Verbindung der Gebaudeteile genutzt. Alle Gebaudeteile sind flach gegrundet und werden nicht unterkellert, die haustechnische Verbindung zwischen den Gebauden erfolgt uber unter der Sohle verlegte Leerrohre. Das Datennetz ist gemass der Planungs- und Montagerichtlinie der Stadtverwaltung Bautzen auszufuhren.Awards
