An die 3 bis 4-geschossigen Bestandsgebaude schliesst durch jeweils eine Gebaudefuge getrennt der Dreigeschossige Neubau mit nahezu rechteckigem Grundriss an. Erschlossen wird das Gebaude im Erdgeschoss uber einen Haupteingang mit Foyer. Die Geschosse sind durch einen Aufzug und durch Ubergange in den jeweiligen Geschossen zum Bestand erreichbar. Die Abmessungen des Neubaus betragen B/L/H ca. 38,0 / 44,0 / 12,02 bzw. 14,57 m. Die teilweise Unterkellerung erstreckt sich nordseitig uber eine Gebaudeachse (zwischen Achsen 6+7/E-M) und im Bereich des Aufzugs (Achsen 7-9/D-G). Nach Norden hin wird das Untergeschoss durch einen nicht uberbauten Baukorper (vollstandig vom Erdreich uberdeckt) mit den Grundrissabmessungen von B/L/H ca. 34,5 / 21,5 / 4,10 m erweitert.Awards
