Auftraggeber ist die IPM Immobilien Projekt Management Dusseldorf GmbH, eine 100 %-ige Tochtergesellschaft der Landeshauptstadt. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind alle erforderlichen Objekt- und Fachplanungsleistungen sowie Bauleistungen zur schlusselfertigen Errichtung des Schulgebaudes nebst Sporthalle und Aussenanlagen. Der Auftragnehmer wird als sog. Totalunternehmer auf Basis einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung gem. SS 7c EU VOB/A tatig.Awards
