Die neue Siedlung soll nordostlich sowie sudwestlich des Postweges entstehen. Der Postweg wird in Teilen uberplant werden mussen, da sich neue Anbindungen des zu erschliessenden Gebietes an den Bestand ergeben. Im ostlichen Teil des Planungsgebietes wird ein jetzt vorhandener Wirtschaftsweg ebenfalls uberplant um die Anbindung an die Strasse ,,Weisses Venn" an das neu entstehende Verkehrsaufkommen anpassen zu konnen. Im Zuge des nun laufenden Bebauungsplanverfahrens sind sowohl eine Baustrassenplanung sowie eine Deckenhohenplanung fur den spateren Endausbau zu erstellen.Awards
