Mit einer attraktiven Gestaltung, soll der Tunnel eine neue Qualitat bekommen. Er soll sowohl einen willkommenen Eingang in die Stadt bilden als auch eine schone Achse fur die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sowie Besucherinnen und Besucher der Stadt darstellen. Ziel ist es, eine robuste bauliche Grundstruktur zu schaffen, die in hohem Mass den gestalterischen Anforderungen an Oberflachen und Details genuge leisten kann und dabei langfristig gegen Vandalismus und Verschmutzung vorbeugen kann. Beauftragt werden sollen die Leistungsphasen Vorentwurfs- und Entwurfsplanung (Leistungsphase 2 - 3) nach SS 34 der Honorarordnung fur Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) im Leistungsbild Objektplanung Gebaude bzw. SS 39 der Honorarordnung fur Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) im Leistungsbild Freianlagen sowie jeweils Teilleistungen der Leistungsphase 4 - 9, zum Beispiel die kunstlerische Oberleitung wahrend des Bauphase.Awards
