Das Baufeld wird derzeit erschlossen und steht zur unmittelbaren Realisierung zur Verfugung. Die Bebauung wird uberwiegend 6, in Teilen jedoch auch bis zu 13 Geschosse aufweisen.Der Architekt wird derzeit mittels eines europaweiten Realisierungswettbewerbs ausgewahlt.In dem Bauwerk mit einer geplanten Nutzflache (NF 1-6) von rd. 7 200 m2 werden die Nutzungen eines geisteswissenschaftlichen Instituts, Bibliothek, Labore (buroartig) und Konferenz miteinander vereint. Daruber hinaus ist eine zweizugige KITA mit einer geplanten Nutzflache von ca. 225 m2 (NF 1-6) einzuplanen.An das Bauwerk werden hohe energetische Anforderungen zur Minimierung der Betriebskosten gestellt.Fur die Baumassnahmen wird ein Buro gesucht, dass die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 gem. SSSS 51 HOAI, Leistungsphase 2 - 9 ubernimmt. Mit Leistungserbringung ist sofort nach Auftragsvergabe zu beginnen.Awards
