Die SPA-Kartierungen berucksichtigen alle wertgebenden Brut- und Zugvogelarten. Die Brutvogelkartierung in den SPA-Gebieten erfolgt als vollflachige Revierkartierung nach Methodenstandard (Sudbeck et al. 2005). Die Zug- und Rastvogelerfassung erfolgt in den Offenlandbereichen und orientiert sich an den Vorgaben der DDA-Wasservogelzahlung. Fur alle wertgebenden Vogelarten in SPA erfolgt eine Bewertung des Erhaltungsschemas entsprechend LANA-Beschluss (,,Pinnebergschema").Von 2023 bis 2029 soll in allen 44 SPA-Gebieten die dritte Erfassung erfolgen.Hinzu kommen die Durchfuhrung und Organisation der landesweiten Wasservogelzahlung, das Monitoring seltener Brutvogelarten sowie das Monitoring haufiger Brutvogelarten fur die Jahre 2025 bis 2028 als Bestandteil des SPA-Monitorings. Hierbei handelt es sich um fortlaufende Monitoringprogramme, die alljahrlich mit mehreren Erfassungen innerhalb den entsprechenden Gebietskulissen durchgefuhrt werden. Dazu zahlt auch eine umfassende Datenauswertung und -aufbereitung.Die Ausschreibung wird in 47 Lose unterteilt.Nahere Angaben und Ausfuhrungen zur Auftragsleistung sind den Leistungsbeschreibungen zu entnehmen.Awards
