Die erste Erweiterung erfolgte mit dem Mittelbau 1981-1983 gefolgt von einer Erweiterung der Kfz-Werkstatten 1988- 1989. Als letzte grosse Baumassnahme wurde 1992-1994 der Hauptbau errichtet.Insgesamt stehen derzeit ca. 3.500 m2 Hauptnutzflache zur Verfugung. Im Zuge der Neustrukturierung der Handwerkskammer in Oberfranken ist auch der Standort Hof Gegenstand der Betrachtung. Der Schulungsstandort soll modernisiert und zukunftsfahig gemacht werden.Uber eine vorgeschaltete Machbarkeitsstudie wurde folgende Variante gewahlt: der Hauptbau bleibt bestehen, samtliche anderen Gebaude werden ruckgebaut. Ein Ersatzbau, der sich strukturell und funktional in den Bestand einbindet schafft die optimalen Voraussetzungen fur die benotigtenSchulungsraume und Werkstatten.Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sind:- Stahlkonstruktionen aus Profilstahlen, einschl. deren Befestigungen.- freistehendes Vordach vor dem HaupteingangAwards
