Das Ergebnis einer Machbarkeitsstudie zeigt, dass ein Neubau wirtschaftlicher als die Sanierung der bestehenden Schlossbergschule in Nudlingen ist. Das bestehende Schulgebaude sowie der angrenzende Hort werden abgebrochen. Die sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstuck befindende Sporthalle bleibt bestehen und soll in das Neubaukonzept entsprechend integriert werden. Eine ggf. erforderliche Sanierung der Halle ist nicht Gegenstand der Planungsaufgabe des ausgeschriebenen VgV-Verfahrens. Die Baumassnahme soll bei laufendem Schulbetrieb stattfinden. Die Belastung fur Schuler und Lehrer ist dabei so gering wie moglich zu halten. Geplant ist eine Grundschule mit 7 Klassen sowie ein Hort fur 4 Gruppen. Gewunscht wird ein modernes Schulkonzept wie beispielsweise eine Marktplatzsituation, die Clusterbildung und offene Lernlandschaften. Die Schule soll nach Moglichkeit an die Nahwarmeversorgung der Gemeinde angeschlossen werden. Eine Luftungsanlage fur das gesamte Gebaude ist angedacht. Das Gebaude soll nach GEG-Standard errichtet werden. Die Anforderungen an Beleuchtung bzw. Sicherheitstechnik orientieren sich an den gangigen Standards im Schulbau. Kennzahlen: - NUF Grundschule ca. 1.200 m2 - NUF Hort ca. 550 m2 Es handelt sich um eine nach FAG geforderte Gesamtmassnahme. Die Gesamtkosten (KG 200 - 700) werden anhand von Kostenrichtwerten mit ca. 10,80 Mio. EU brutto angenommen. Terminvorschau: - Start umgehend nach Abschluss VgV - Planungsphase 2021 bis 2022 - Abgabe Bau- und Forderantrag 2022 - Bauausfuhrung ab 2023 - Gesamtfertigstellung 2024Awards
