Die Hauptnutzflache des Erweiterungsbaus wird ca. 500 m2 betragen. Die Leistungsphasen 1-4 sind bereits erbracht.Die Leistungsphasen 5-7 werden im Rahmen eines gesonderten Vergabeverfahrens vergeben.Der Baubeginn (Beginn Leistungsphase 8) soll im Fruhjahr 2019 sein.Die Gesamtkosten werden mit ca. 3 900 000,00 EUR brutto veranschlagt. Die Kosten der Kostengruppen 300 und 400 betragen nach vorliegender Kostenschatzung 2 555 000,00 EUR brutto.Beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen 8-9 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebaude und Innenraume (SS 34 Abs. 3 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1).Awards
